General Policy
Customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of food products, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns and refunds are accepted in the following cases:
- Damaged or defective products received
- Wrong product delivered
- Products past their expiration date on arrival
- Packaging tampering or leakage
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Products that have been opened or consumed
- Products damaged due to improper storage by customer
- Products after 48 hours of delivery (unless quality issues existed at delivery)
Return Process
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
- Email contact@chickfusionpickle.com with:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- Description of the issue
- Our team will review and respond within 2 business days
- If approved, we will provide return instructions
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed
Replacement Option
Instead of a refund, you may choose to receive a replacement product of equal value, which will be shipped at no additional cost.
Cancellation Policy
Before Shipping:
- Orders can be cancelled anytime before shipping
- Full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
After Shipping:
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
- You may refuse delivery and contact us for a refund (return shipping charges may apply)
Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our pickles. If you’re unsatisfied with the taste or quality of an unopened product, contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
